This
top-of-the-line birdhouse is designed and handmade by a
Lancaster
County

Pennsylvania
Amish master craftsman. Each birdhouse
uses 3/8" pine which is given a generous coat of weather-resistant white ZAR Rain Stain on the outer slats and the perches to protect  against damage from the sun, rain, snow, and mildew. The standing seam copper roof is topped with a decorative lathe turned finial.
The solid brass hook & eye latch unites the hinged sections securely and facilitates easy cleaning.
I
nside construction uses 5/8" pine. This birdhouse is
ready for 4" x 4" post mounting (not supplied).  Dimensions:
32" high x 14" diameter.
Cleanout: Unscrew the finial (it's connected to a long threaded rod that screws into the base), remove the mounting bracket, unlatch and open.
