Condition:  Like new with minor wear, dealer stamp.  A brochure I picked up myself from our local import dealer.  Enlarge photos to see details.  Going by the condition ratings used in the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide I would call this FINE VERY FINE.

I spent much of my youth collecting stuff.   I've sold comics mail-order off and on since the late 1960's through the RB&CC and Alan Light's Buyer's Guide.   I had an ad for my Disneydom fanzine in the very first Overstreet Price Guide.  Everything has been well-stored for decades.  I'm not a dealer, just a guy selling some of his collections.
