Except for the consumable parts (laser tube, focus Len, reflection mirrors, light bulks and fuses) and the damaged parts are caused by artificial factory.  We can replace the new component in free of charge only when machine is operated and used under normal condition, while shipping cost should be paid by buyer

G). Return Policy:
Buyer should contact with us within 14 calendar days of receiving defective product and let us know with detailed photos.
