Removing the shipment from the truck

The case also has two chrome plated wire interior shelves that you can adjust depending on the items you want to display. In total, this model has a capacity of 5.65 cu. ft.

The curved front glass provides and unobstructed view of your food while the side glass panels and the rear glass access doors ensure that customers can see the case's contents from any angle.
Reduced Condensation
A specialized air outlet design circulates air against the curved glass front to reduce the build-up of condensation. Without condensation to get in the way, your customers will always have clear visibility to your tempting desserts!
Eco-Friendly Refrigeration
This model uses eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant to keep the interior temperatures at safe levels between 36-43 degrees Fahrenheit. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. It has a 1/4 hp compressor and requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.

Products or orders too large or heavy to ship via FedEx will be delivered to you via common carrier on a full size tractor trailer. This type of shipping is different than FedEx, and one difference is that you are responsible for taking the product off of the back of the truck and into your business. After your item has shipped via common carrier, we will email you tracking information so you can prepare for the delivery.
The important thing to remember about common carrier deliveries is that you should sign for your shipment after you have checked to make sure that it arrived to you safely and have noted of any issues on the delivery receipt! If the packaging shows any evidence of a problem, truck drivers are able to wait up to 15 minutes while you break the shrink wrap and inspect individual items for any damage, and make sure the correct amount of pieces were delivered.
If you notice any damage, you are allowed to break the shrink wrap on the skids to inspect individual items. If any item is clearly damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about any item being damaged or missing, you MUST do the following:
Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing (ie - "missing 3 pieces", "holes in packaging", "multiple dents on table", etc).
Keep your copy of the delivery receipt.
Contact us within 1 business day.
Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection.
Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging.
We accept Visa, Master and other cards as well.
Returns for Commercial and Residential Customers
All regularly stocked items, with the exception of consumable products, can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return. An applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount due. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.

A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 20% of the item(s) cost for commercial locations and 30% for residential locations
