    Bike use to run and drive fine but doesn’t start and when it does and you hit the throttle it cuts off likely needs the carburetor cleaned, The governor has been removed and also has small light bar mounted it on the front where the headlight would be if you would like I can give you the original headlight casing but does not come with the bulb.
