Diesel injector service includes:
Complete disassembly of injectors and checked for broken or worn parts in order to be replaced.
Cleaning in ultrasonic cleaner to remove carbon deposits and impurities.
All parts checked . If parts do not meet specs, the parts are replaced with new or reconditioned parts.
All new nozzle springs are installed
New check balls are installed.
Flat resurface
Leak test.
Spray pattern
Poppet valve
Polish
All Clearances checked.
Nozzle calibration.
External and internal seals are replaced with best seals available.
Once we receive your core, if in stock we'll ship your rebuilt injector(s) or we rebuild your own injectors to OEM specs with a 6 months unlimited mileage warranty. USA ONLY.

You'll be charged once we are ready to ship your injectors.
Our normal turnaround time is 1-3 business days.

Injectors cannot be disassembled or have been disassembled. If you send a box of junk, we'll have to ship it right back to you and refund your money minus the return shipping costs. They must be in a condition representative of normal use. NO junkyard cores that have been out in the rain. Injectors that are externally broken may have reduced core value. This warranty does not cover damage to your injectors due to poor quality of fuel, oil, or mishandling.Under no circumstances will the seller be liable for any labor charged, travel time or hardships in diagnosis for defects, removal, or re installation of this product or any other expense.
