- After you purchase your forms we will contact you for all the details.  If you plan to provide logos and/or artwork, please ensure that the file is 300 dpi file in PDF, JPEG or Tiff formats. If you have a question about the file we will be glad to help you. An electronic proof will be sent to your email address for approval within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Any changes in the body of the form may require additional proof time.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVAL OF PROOFS, PROOF READING AND ERRORS.
We will keep your file so reorders will be fast and easy.
Once you approve the proof we will print and ship within 10 business days (weekdays only, excluding holidays).
