Gepe, lighted professional slide mounting press.  This is a manual press that saw very light use. It is used to close Gepe (or other) two piece slide mounts and works with either glass or glassless mounts.  The beauty of this press is that it is lighted and allows you to see the slides you are working on. I was the original owner of this press which has the ability to be set up for compressed air however this feature was never used and I have no idea what additional equipment is required to use that feature.  It is NOT included.  This unit uses a Phillips Pl-13 bulb which is working but is easily replace should you ever need or want to. It illuminates both the cutting area and the mounting press from below.  The present bulb is warm white compact fluorescent.  Bulbs are also available elsewhere in cool white and LED which offers both cool and warm white.  Unit teatures an on/off switch and manual indexing.  Once set up it will advance your film (manually) to the next space between frames for cutting. This press measures about 13" long x 9 1/2" deep x 9" high (which includes the press handle).  If you have questions ASK BEFIORE YOU BUY.
