Description

Goes MX blank corporate stock certificates. 8.5 x 11 inches. The top 1 inch is used for keeping the certificates in a binder. It has 5 holes. This part can be easily removed by tearing along the perforation leaving a 7.5 x 11 inch stock certificate. You can type in the state where it says "INCORPORATED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF". Fill in the date,  the certificate number and shares owned. There are two lines at the bottom for signatures. The officers or directors names and titles can be typed under these lines. There is a gold seal which can be imprinted the corporate seal embosser. On the back is a place to properly endorse and transfer the certificate. Sold in packs of 10 each.
