, no title,
no key or ignition,
it has been modify to by pass it
so just  switch the knob to the on position
and with a little starting fluid you kick start it and it will start
the rear wheel will spin fast
and then shut off briefly ,
so its running so it will need servicing
,moped is as pictured ,
look at all the pictures to see what its has and it does not have
, I do have the air box filter not pictured it will come with it,
it does start with starting fluid
and the rear wheel spins fast...
