    fits in an empty K40 Laser bed that has a cabinet face width between 28" and 33"

    Two 1/2" holes drilled in the face of the cabinet are required along with some smaller fastener holes and shortening or removal of vent duct

    Laser Raiser
    table.  Use it to find your laser's "sweet spot" or to work on many different material thicknesses with just the twist of your wrists.  Internal cams, removable foam spacers, a bubble level and your nimbleness on 2 control knobs is all that is needed to raise and lower the table lift range nearly 1-1/2 inches to quickly bring your project into sharp focus.

    Removeable 3/8" lift spacers to enable greater "Z" axis  for thicker material or to partially offset use of your 1/2" (12.5mm) honeycomb.
    Some drilling required at front cabinet panel and on cabinet floor.
    Your K40 Laser is between 28" and 33" wide.
    Requires shortening the air duct inside the cabinet by at least 3.75" (a task that many K40 users have already done).  Better yet, remove it permanently.
    The
    Laser Raiser
    is a manually adjustable table bed for the K40 laser.  It is easily controlled by two external knobs that raise the table over 1-inch to attain optimum focus in the Z-axis.  This means that you can perfectly focus on material thicknesses between 1/16 inch and 1-1/2 inches below the 2-inch focal length of most K40's.  The Laser Raiser will even help you determine your focal length sweet spot.
