They are meant to notify all persons that there is immediate danger and warnings issued on equipment with this tag. The lock out tags are utilized to help aid in the safety of all persons in the vicinity of such equipment, especially for those who operate the equipment.

Printed with bold, sharp lettering and noticeable colors that signify danger, these durable accident prevention tags are made from premium cardstock that is easily written on and intended to inform all personnel that the equipment is locked out and should not and cannot be operated.
PERFORATED & CUSTOMIZABLE:
These lock out tags feature a perforated edge with matching identification numbers printed on each half. The upper half of the tag attaches directly to the equipment, is marked with the "DANGER" warning and is customizable with a Name and Date.
