was first offered as an option). Original, not a reprint. Very good condition, with light fading on the cover and a couple of small scuffs on the back. See photos for a depiction of the exact item. 4 page asymmetric fold-out, approx. size, 255 x 180 mm (10 x 7.1") folded. English text.

International shipping:
Recently, eBay has taken over Managed Payments, which means sales no longer go through PayPal. As a result, I am now unable to ship items by letter post. I have contacted eBay multiple times to try to find a solution, but so far, they have declined to take the issue seriously. So for the moment, eBay's own International Shipping program at .50 is the the best I can offer. My recommendation for cost-effective international shipping is to buy more than one item at a time.
