From OMCAN, one of North America's oldest and largest restaurant equipment manufacturers, comes this exciting new line of curved glass refrigerated sushi cases. Available in 4 sizes, these are the latest and greatest cases due to their beautiful exterior appearance and incredibly low price.
These units use a direct cooling system with auto defrost feature and digital temperature controller with led display. There's also a special evaporator pan that collects excess condensation. The exterior has real curved glass on the front and sliding doors on the rear. Best of all, the LED light strip goes all the way across the entire interior to brightly merchandise the sushi inside.
This particular unit is the 52" model, which offers 1.84cf of internal storage capacity. It can be adjusted to hold a wide temperature range between 32F and 53F. Its energy-efficient compressor generates 0.21 HP and runs off standard 120V electricity, using the basic NEMA 5-15P 3-prong plug. It measures 51.5W x 17.7D x 13H and weighs 79 lbs.

EVERY item has a specific "Handling Time" listed. Handling Time represents the time it takes from your payment being cleared to the item actually shipping out the warehouse door. On most items this Handling Period is only 1-2 days however for certain items, especially ones that are custom made for you, this handling time can be as long as several weeks. As such, pay EXTRA attention to the Handling Time field before making any purchases.
Most of our large and/or heavy items ship on a pallet via FREIGHT truck. These items require YOU to provide the manpower or equipment to take the item off the back of the truck from the curb and into your desired location. If you do not have the manpower or equipment, you will require the LIFTGATE DELIVERY OPTION, which normally costs -75 extra, and allows the freight carrier to bring a smaller truck with motorized attachment on the back to lower your pallet down to the curb. Also keep in mind Freight Carriers charge extra for: 1. Residential Delivery = -100 extra 2. Limited Access = -75 extra for delivery to schools/churches/farms and strip malls
