* Grisini  will not be responsible for installation and/or equipment set up. This would include any electrical, plumbing or carpentry work. If equipment is not self-contained, Grisini TM  will not be responsible for any refrigeration piping installation or sizing of the condensing unit(s).
* Shipping, loading and unloading: The buyer is responsible for the shipping, loading, unloading from Grisini warehouse at 213 King Street, Hackensack, New Jersey 07601.

Finishes On Display Cases (BY OTHERS), Factory will provide backer material for finishes to applied by others, front panel dimensions to be provided in shop drawings

* Grisini extends the same warranties on the equipment quoted as are extended to Grisini by the
Manufacturer.
* Sales Tax is based on current tax rates and codes. If there are changes to the tax rate and/or tax code, sales tax on the final invoice will be based on the prevailing rate at the time the item purchased.
* All prices are excluding Freight, Delivery, & Installation.
