    These are what is used/prefered  in most performance applications where the 5mm valve stem is used.
    You get exactly what is pictured 2 retainers that will work with up to 36lb valve springs and the 4pc of the positive retainer locks.  (this will do one head intake and exhaust)
    We use these in all of our racing engines and have never had a valve train failure
