competition
size and perfect to rotate to use in training sessions. The bigger sizes are great for everyday sparring sessions but the 8 oz glove in training sessions helps you get ready for the real fight. The bigger gloves tend to inadvertently help you protect yourself giving you a false sense of security.
So it’s s always good to have a smaller set in the gym bag to help change things up. The velcro wrist is strong and the padding around the knuckles is more than comfortable.
