Charney Commercial Sales packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit.
Charney Commercial Sales is not responsible for any damage due to the shipping.
Any damage during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier.
The buyer is responsible for filing claims with the shipping service. We will give you any information you need.
Inspect package before signing.
If anything is wrong with the item please note it on all copies of the bill of lading and immediately contact the trucking company. KEEP your package.
Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied.
If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification.
If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged is considered a concealed damage), then it must be reported to the shipping company within 24 working hours after receipt of shipment.
Any damage during shipment process will be the responsibility of the shipping company.
All international customers are responsible for their own customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, etc.

§ Do not immerse in water.
§ Do not spray with water.
§ Do not operate this equipment if you are not qualified or trained to do so.
ELECTRIC SHOCK, FIRE OR BURN INJURIES CAN OCCUR IF THIS EQUIPMENT IS NOT USED PROPERLY.
Provisions in case of your equipment is not working properly
a) Have proof of installation date and certified technician’s name and business name MUST BE submitted attached with a machine checklist prior to work being performed.
b) Repairs shall be performed within thirty (30) miles from customers business. But must be approved by Charney Commercial Sales. Otherwise Charney Commercial warranty will be voided.
c) Prove that the equipment has not been damaged, altered, or misused.
d) Prove that equipment was properly installed, adjusted, operated, and maintained in accordance with national, state, and local codes for commercial kitchens.
e) Charney Commercial Sales shall not be liable, whether in contract or in tort, or under any other legal theory, for loss of use, revenue or profit, or for substitute use of performance, for incidental, indirect, or special, or consequential damages, or for any other loss of cost of similar type.
Refunds & Returns
Returns must be approved by Charney Commercial Sales before any items may be returned

Purchaser is responsible to report any problems or concerns within 10 days of receipt of the item.
Any reports of malfunction must include an inspection report from a certified, licensed, authorized or experienced technician. Technician must provide Charney Commercial Machine with machine’s model number and serial number.
