This unit has  a ventilated cooling systerm and an automatic defrost feature that  prevents the need for a drainage connection. It also includes a digital  temperature controller and display, and a night curtain to ensure that  your food products maintain their freshness with user specified  temperatures ranging between 35.6℉-53.6℉ .
Featuring a  vibrant white exterior and 3 sided double-paned glass for 360 degree  product of all your pies and baked goods. The interior is illuminated  with a brilliant internal LED and features 4 adjustable stainless steel  shelves providing the perfect fit for all of your products. Also  included are 4 castor wheels, two of them are lockable, to allow for  easy mobility and cleaning.
