We recommend you to order one spare laser tube and one set mirrors and lens( three reflecting mirrors and one focus lens), it will reduce much shipping cost and time when you need them.

2. After clearing payment and all shipping information, machine will be dispatched 5 business days later and we will arrange the earliest shipment.
3. The shipping means by sea to sea port, not to door, free shipping to LA and NYC. It is CIF term, buyer should pay surcharge of harbour, handling charges and clear custom and pay import duties. Please check the total costs before bidding.
4. When the machine arrive the harbour as we confirmed before shipping, please pick up the machine from the warehouse in the harbour soon, if some customer refuse to pick up the machine from the warehouse, we will not refund the payment.

2. If your machine needs warranty service (within the warranty term),
you will be required to pay for shipping in both directions.
In many cases, we can minimize the shipping cost by offering parts replacement options. If you need a replacement machine or part sent in advance, you will be required to pay a deposit for the part and you will have 30 days to return the original part or product in new condition. To send back a machine, we require that you send it in the original packaging, so please keep all packaging materials (in good condition) for the duration of the warranty period. If the part or product is damaged in transit to us, we will be unable to fix it and you will be required to pay for shipping the damaged item back to you.
3. Dead on Arrival
All our items(unless specified) are assured to be brand new and carried with fully at least 12 months Warranty.
All machines are tested before shipping, but problems in transit (shaking,vibration and so on) could result in DOA, though the probability is very small. For DOA products, please be cooperative to take photos on the damage and send to us for verifying. For confirmed tiny product faulty,on your approval,we can send you replacement parts,mostly they are free,but for those expensive parts(for example power supply), you can just return the damaged parts for swapping good ones.

A: No, the laser machines we provide are capable of both engraving and cutting. One machine alone can fulfill the two purposes.
Q: Do the laser machines need to be connected to a laptop or desktop computer to work?
A: Yes, either is ok. It supports Windows 10, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Win 7, and other operating systems
Q: What kind of graphic format does it support?
A: JPG, PNG, BMP, PLT, DST, DXF, CDR, AI, DSB, GIF, MNG, TIF, TGA, PCX, JP2, JPC, PGX, RAS, PNM, SKA, RAW , etc.
Q: How to distinguish laser tubes with different powers and applications?
A: 1. Laser tube length (relatively speaking, the longer, the bigger)
2. Laser tube diameter (relatively speaking, the thicker, the bigger)
3. The bigger a laser tube power is, the deeper the machine can cut, but its light spot is bigger. So, it is better to use a machine with a low-power laser tube to engrave, such as 40W, 50W or 60W.
Q: Is it better to increase blow to improve laser processing performance?
A: For some thick materials, it works. But, when carving some other materials, you need to blow less.
Q: How long will it take to learn to operate a laser machine?
A: If you are able to use some basic graphic design software, it will only take a few hours to master the operation. You just need to do some simple tests on different processing materials to know how to set the correct speed and laser power.
Q: Is a laser machine in operation harmful to our bodies?
A: It is not harmful as long as the laser is not exposed directly to skin and eyes.
