DATING TO THE 1940’S
FASHIONED OF A BLACK COTTON VELVET THAT IS EMBROIDERED BY MACHINE IN WHITE STITCHING OF CROSSING BRANCHES
SIX BUTTONS CLOSE THE FRONT, LINED AND BACKED IN SLICK BLACK TAFFETA WITH BELTING ON THE BOTTOM BACK WITH A BUCKLE THAT IS STAMPED USA
THE LABEL PICTURED IS ON THE INNER NECKLINE
CONDITION
:  THERE IS SOME SMALL MAKE UP STAINING ON THE HIGH REAR BACKING ON THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR, NONE OF WHICH IS SEEN WHEN WORN.  I HAVE NOT ATTEMPTED TO CLEAN THIS PIECE.
