    Description

    This pad (25 light green sheets) of vintage (from the 1960's) Wilson Jones 13 numbered columns, 40 numbered rows accounting/bookkeeping paper (Form G 7613 A) as pictured - see all pictures  There is also a wider 17th column for description.
    Size of each sheet is 11 inches high by 17 inches wide. Each of the 13 columns and 40 rows has space for an entry of up to a 9-digit number. The areas where a number is written there are different shades of green for easier data entry.  Each page has a signature space for the person preparing and person approving (if applicable) plus space for dating each signature.. The pad has a cardboard backing and all sheets are bound together and can be torn away from the others.  Anything documented on the sheets can be photocopied on any copy machine or can be scanned for reproduction.
