Brill Bros Milwaukee - Timberline - Western Suede Fringe Vest with Concha Buttons, size Small.
This is a vintage item from the 1950s/1960s.
Size Small (Men's) but this can be worn as unisex.  Dimensions are width 18.5", length 26.5".
As typical for the period, this vest is composed of thicker suede than would be used today and is untreated, which contributes to cracking and fading over time.  Also this weighs approximately 1.4 lbs.
This vest is in excellent condition for a 60 year old item.  There are no obvious signs of wear on the fringe or concha buttons, none of the fringe is broken off, etc. This was likely worn only a few times.
However, the suede is starting to show age in some areas, all of which are shown in photos.  The inside lower portion is showing cracking, and the outer upper back and under one arm show fade spots.  The last photos show whatever signs of age exist.  Some of this could be improved with suede cleaning.
