    In fair condition. The following are issues/flaws with this item:
    Some staining/discoloration on bottom front areas near zipper.
    Both front pockets have holes in them.
    Pilling on the inside back waistband.
    Zipper has a flaw on it. It looks like a tooth is crooked or missing. It still fully zips but will lightly catch in the spot when zipping/unzipping.
