Vintage Esselte Pendaflex Journal Record Account Register Book 1990 Unused

Here is a fabulous vintage journal record keeping accounting register book. Esselte Earthwise Book, Pendaflex Corp., Made in the USA, date on back 1990
I listed as new because it has never been used, and they didn't give me a pre-owned drop down choice.
Clean no writing, marks, stains, rips or tears. Top corners on outer cover a little crushed, and some on center, binding is tight but first page not uniform ,Please see all photos for added description. A few pages front and toward back seems a little warped like due to moisture, very little, but I didn't know how else to explain the little wave on paper. After all its it 32 years old!  No odors.
Book measures 7 7/8" by 5 1/4" , 144 pages. Has original price sticker on back page.
A great addition for any collectors!
