These are brand new, unused products from the manufacturer.
Replacement cap is for VP Racing Fuel Jugs.  Cap has a removable plug that allows use of a VP Filler Hose.  Cap comes with rubber o-ring for a positive seal.
The replacement O-Ring is for VP Racing Fuels Jug Caps as stock o-ring that comes with cap wears down.  It measures 2-3/4" in diameter and 3/16" in thickness.
