Wood zippo cigarette lighter holder for pantograph style engraving machine. This holder will hold both the regular and the slim(ladies) cigarette lighters for engraving without it slipping or moving during process.
THIS UNIT WILL ALLOW FOR ENGRAVING ON BOTH THE
FRONT
AND BACK SIDES OF THE LIGHTER.  THE RECESS HAS A CLEARANCE NOTCH FOR THE HINGE ON BOTH SIDES FOR FLIPPING OVER TO EITHER SIDE.
The holder has 2 set screws and 2 plastic plungers which tighten against the bottom of the lighter without leaving scratches. This ensures that the lighter is tight in the recess and has no room to move up and down during engraving. If the lighter still feels like it has room to move left and right- Try putting a thin strip of paper around the edges when inserting it into the recess to help remove any unwanted motion. Because all zippos have a slight curvature on the top almost all motion is eliminated by just tightening the yellow plunger against the bottom of the lighter. This will in turn push the top of the lighter into the curved wood mating surface. When done engraving there are two finger holes to help push the lighter out of the recess. When you are finished using the holder there is a small hole to store the 2 yellow plungers in. This hole is threaded and capped with a small stainless steel set screw to hold them in place.
The allen hex key is included with holder and the 2 yellow plungers are stored inside the wood under a small set screw.   For clarity please note that the lighters are not part of the sale. They are shown for illustration/demonstration purposes only. Also some of the pictures may show multiple units but the BUY IT NOW is for one unit. Please make sure that your engraver has the ability to clamp the plywood. (3/4" thick)Most engravers will hold this without using the vise jaws.
